All items are sold, “As-Is”, “Where-Is”, YOU as the buyer/user are to verify all claims and statements indicated with each item and/or sale.

Order Pickup / Delivery / Shipping
On each listing page all information is provided regarding what order arrangements are available.
By placing a bid, you, hereby agree the to terms and conditions on that sales page.
Pickup in Person:
You are required to pick up your order on the indicated dates and times. Orders that are not picked up, will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued.
Local Delivery:
Certain items can be delivered***. You must contact us to make arrangements, if available. Delivery service is quoted. Payment is cash on delivery or direct billing of card on file.
***(Invoice total must be over $500 for delivery consideration)***
Domestic and International Shipping.
Certain items can be delivered. Standard USPS limits and regulations will apply. You the buyer will be responsible for the exact cost of shipping plus any associated handling fee(s).
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments.
Auction Owners/Consignors:
Auction Owners and Consignors reserve the right to bid on their own items. The contracted commission amount will be deducted from their payouts from the consigned items they placed bids on.
Auction Administrator reserves the right to bid/purchase under the following conditions: items must be consigned to Leftover Treasures, Must do so as a identifiable user, item purchased for personal or resell, May act as an agent for a private buyer(s), (Requested by consignor due to: error in listing, removal from sale/event).
Online “Buy Now” Option:
This options removes that item from the online auction. It can be done at any time. Regardless of active bids.
Buy Now prices are subject to change or removal without notice.
If the Buy Now option is initiated (at) or (near) auction close. The system will report an auction winner but will not have the opportunity to purchase the item at checkout. Due to a buyer utilizing the Buy Now option. This occurrence is rare.
Payment & Manual Charges to user card on file:
All winning bids/purchases are due before the designated pick up time begins. Leftover Treasures reserves the right to charge the users card on file manually, to collect payment(s) owed. If the user fails to respond to pick up instructions or confirm alternate pick up deadline (On the pick up day), the manual charge WILL NOT be refunded.
Effective June 1st, 2026:
A late payment fee of $25 will be assessed for all payments received after the pick up deadline begins. This will show as a separate charge on your billing statement.
SMS, Text Messages, Bidder Notifications:
By creating an account you hereby authorize leftovertreasures.com to send you text message (SMS) notifications pertinent to your activity on this website. Standard messaging rates will apply.
These text messages will consist of the following:
- Out Bid Notices
- Auction Won Notices
- Request for payment (if payment is late)
- Pick up instructions
- Important info regarding your item
leftovertreasures.com will never send you unsolicited messages or advertisements.
No Show Pick ups:
Effective June 1st, 2021: All orders not removed by the pick up deadline will be accessed at $25 fee, per occurrence. As an optional courtesy some of your paid items MAY be brought to our warehouse location for pick up. This is not a guarantee of this service.
Why is Leftover Treasures enforcing a strict non-payment policy?
Bidders who do not pay for items won. Can potentially cause a severe disruption in our services to our clients.
Removal of items within estates is subject to various deadlines such as the following:
- Escrow
- Home inspections
- Rental vacate date
- Home renovations
- Foreclosures
- Trust and Probate Operations
- Reverse Mortgages
- etc.
Before the online auction is posted, Leftover Treasures has already adhered to a specific schedule, we are just another moving part, utilized by a legal entity or our client.
ANY DISRUPTION such as non-payment and/or not picking up your items as scheduled. Can potentially cause a delay in a legal or home buying process. Which can be very costly, not just financially, but also to Leftover Treasures reputation as a successful and reliable service provider to our clients, law firms, brokers, real estate groups, probate courts, and fiduciaries.
The pickup deadlines are not flexible. Once you place a bid, it is expected that you will follow our terms and conditions.
Also please treat other Auction & Estate Sale Companies, who are also service providers, with the same respect and understanding as stated above.
